Grey-Bruce Airbus is pleased to supply your passenger transportation needs.
Reservations are required for all routes. See your Travel Agent or contact us.
Cancellation Policy
If you notify us 24 Hours prior to booked departure, a full refund will be issued. Less than 24 hours notice,
a fee of $10.00 plus taxes will be charged for each passenger booked. If no cancellation notice is given,
full fare will be charged for each passenger booked.
Baggage Information
Each airbus passenger is allowed 2 regular suitcases (maximum 30" pullman)
and 1 carry-on bag. Additional charges will apply
for extra baggage, large suitcases, large boxes, trunks, skis, bikes etc. Subject
to space availability.

- Children under 3 - Free (in car seat - Student Fare)
- Children (3 - 11 years) - half Adult Fare
- Student (with card) 12 or older - 5% Discount applies to fares in excess of $30.00
- Senior Citizen - 5% Discount applies to fares in excess of $30.00
TRAVELLERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
Grey Bruce Airbus will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs
of passengers. It is strongly recommended that persons requiring assistance
be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and totally responsible for
providing the assistance. Neither Grey Bruce Airbus nor its personnel, nor
its suppliers, may physically lift or assist clients into transportation vehicles.
If a traveller thinks he or she might need assistance during a trip, he or
she should call Grey Bruce Airbus to determine what assistance might reasonably
be given. Grey Bruce Airbus cannot provide special individual assistance to
passengers with special needs for walking, dining or other routine activities
needs.
